Narrative Therapy (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are other modalities I incorporate into my care. I also specialize in trauma, grief, and bereavement as well as life transitions. I hold a Master`s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
